All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has shipped 📦

If your order includes pre-order items, your package will be shipped once all items are available.
If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by Japan Post or FedEx and your local postal service.
If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking number and contact your local courier first — sometimes it’s waiting for customs clearance or local delivery.
In rare cases of lost parcels, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier 🕊️

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it, but a new shipping fee will apply.
